Thanks to the Australian Government Worker Retention Payment initiative, our educators will receive a 15% above-award wage increase, rolled out in two stages - 10% from December 2024, and a further 5% in December 2025.

To qualify for this funding, early learning services must limit fee increases, ensuring the wage rise doesn’t get passed on to families.
