Hi, I'm Miss Susan! For over 14 years, I've had the privilege of growing with St George Montessori, dedicating my career to nurturing young minds. My journey began as a trainee, fueled by a deep passion for working with children. Right from the start, I experienced incredible support, learning hands-on while completing my Diploma. The St George Montessori team's encouragement and guidance were invaluable, allowing me to gain practical hands-on experience every step of the way.
Over the years, I've been fortunate to take on many roles, from Room Leader to Educational Leader and Executive Service Manager. Each position has allowed me to build my skills, deepen my understanding of early childhood care and education and contribute to the learning and development of both children and educators.
Today, I proudly serve as the Practice and Pedagogy Leader where I get to support our services in delivering exceptional programs and ensuring the highest quality educational outcomes for your children. My journey is a testament to St George Montessori's commitment to fostering growth and leadership within the team.
