“I began my journey with St George Montessori as a room leader in the toddlers’ room (2-3 years old)”.

How long have you been working with STGM?
“8 years and counting!”

What are your tips on staying motivated and passionate?
“My family has kept me motivated, especially my three children. It’s also easy to be motivated when I love my job and very passionate about it. I love working in collaboration with staff, families, and the children. Seeing the child grow and develop into young, beautiful, and responsible children makes me so happy.”

What would you rate your experience working with STGM out of 10?
“10 of course. Everything is a 10. The culture, everyone you work with, the support from higher management and work-life balance, it is an easy 10. I love being part of this big family.”

We are so glad our employees love being a part of the St George Montessori family!
